Service Degradation Due to Infrastructure Provider Outage

Yesterday, one of our core infrastructure providers (AWS) experienced a major global outage affecting multiple services, including those used by Flipsnack. As a result, some features of our platform were temporarily unavailable or operating with reduced performance throughout the day.

Our engineering team implemented mitigation measures as quickly as possible to minimize service disruption and continuously monitored the situation until stability was restored.

All Flipsnack services are now fully operational.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this incident may have caused. Please be assured that we are constantly working to improve our resilience so that, in the event of third-party outages, the impact on our users is kept to an absolute minimum.
